    IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN. I, Thomas Gibson, of the county of Richmond and State of North Carolina, being of
    sound mind and memory, but low in bodily health and calling to mind the uncertainty of life, I have thought
    properly to constitute and make this my last will & testament in the form and manner following. (Vis.)
    FIRST. I recommend my soul to God that gave it to me and my body to be buried in a chrisitan like manner and
    under the special direction of my executors hereafter named.
    2. It is my desire that my funeral charges and my just debts should be adjusted and paid by my executors and
    out of such property as shall appear to them the most conducive to the interest of the family.
    3. I give and bequeath to my wife Agnes, fifty acres of land including the Boman plantation during her natural
    life and after her death to my son Elisha Gibson, also one bay mare called Fenis, also five cows and calves,
    one feather bed to be at her disposal.
    4. I give and bequeath to my son nelson Gibson five cows and calves.
    5. I give and bequeath to my son Francis Gibson five cows and calves. Items: I give and bequeath to my son
    Elish(a) five calves and cows and the remaining part of my stock of every description, cattle, horses, hogs

    I, Daniel Delp, do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament,
    hereby revoking & making void all other wills by me at any time made.

    First. I direct that my funeral expenses & all my debts be paid as soon
    after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or
    may first come into the hands of my Executor.

    Secondly. I give and bequeath to Margaret Delp my wife all my personal
    property & debts, dues and demands that is owing to me in any wise. Also,
    the tract or parcel of land where I now live containing by estimation 100
    acres, be the same more or less, adjoining the lands of John Manis and
    Christian Pearson and others during her life, or as long as she remains (my)
    widow.

    Thirdly. I give and bequeath that after her death or marriage, I give unto
    all the heirs $1.00 each, except Andrew J. Delp, my youngest son.

    Fourthly. I give and bequeath to Andrew J. Delp, my youngest son, the above
    named parcel of land after Margaret Delp's death, his mother, or at any time
    that she marries and conditions that he manage and takes care and helps
    provide for his mother during her lifetime or during her widowhood. If he
    does not take care of her she shall have the liberty to sell the above named
    tract of land or dispose of it to suit her own convenience at any time that
    he fails or refuses to heop provide for his mother, except hindered by
    Providence.

    Lastly. I do hereby nominate and appoint Stephen Delp my Executor. In
    witness whereof I do to my will set my hand and seal This the first day of
    April in the Year of our Lord, One thousand eight hundred and fifty three.

    In the name of God Amen
    I Nathaniel Morgan of the state of Virginia and county of Wythe being very sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be given to God; calling to mind the mortality of my body, and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament. That is to say principally and first of all, I give and recommend my soul into the hand of almighty God that gave it, and my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent Christian burial at the discretion of my Executors, nothing doubting but, at the general resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God and as touching such worldly estate where with it hath pleased God to help me in this life I give divine and disown of the same in the following manner if own, first of all burial charges and lawful debts out of my moveable estate to be paid. Secondly I give and bequeath to Margaret my dearly beloved Wife one third of all my lands and moveable estate during her life.
