Last Will
In the name of God Amen

That is to say principally and first of all, I give and recommend my soul into the hand of almighty God that gave it, and my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent Christian burial at the discretion of my Executors, nothing doubting but, at the general resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God and as touching such worldly estate where with it hath pleased God to help me in this life I give divine and disown of the same in the following manner if own, first of all burial charges and lawful debts out of my moveable estate to be paid. Secondly I give and bequeath to Margaret my dearly beloved Wife one third of all my lands and moveable estate during her life. Thirdly I give to well beloved son Willis Morgan one third part of all my land and moveable estate to him, his heirs, and assigns forever. Fourthly I give to my well beloved daughters Margaret and Sarah and Guyney to have out of this last one third of all my land and moveable estate each of them: one likely young horse, each of them one likely young cow; and each of them a feather bed and bedding, and after these three girls having these things or the value thereof then this last third part of land and moveable estate to be equally divided between my beloved children Morgan, Elizabeth, and William and Jonathan and Nathaniel and Samuel Anna and Margaret and Sarah and Guyney to be theirs after my death to dispose of as they shall think
