N THE NAME OF GOD Amen, I DARBY CALLAHAN of- County of Lancaster being sick and weeke of body but of sound and prefect minde and meory doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.
Imprs: I bequeath my Body to the earth from whence it came, my soule to God my Creator that gave it me&c.
Item. It is my will that my Estate be divided into foure equall parts and vests everyone of my children. I gave one of those parts se divied only the Estate of ELIZABETH BRIAN to bee put by it selfe and if it wants anything of her part, the n my will is that it be made good uto her out of my own proper Estate, shee praying her part of what I have disburst upon the Estate of ROBERT BRYAN, her Father:
I give unto my Cozen, GEORGE PHILIPS , one hourse of bright sorrell colour with a blaze n his forehead.
I give unto my Cozen, JAMES PHILLIPS, one heifer of two years of age.
I give unto BRYAN PULLEN, Sone of Hery PUllen, one heifer of one year of age;
Item, I give unto my Brother, JAMES PHILLIPS, two gould rings, two great paires of Silver buttons and all other my plate except my Silver Cupp;
Item. I doe hereby ordaine and costitute my loveing Brothers, JAMES PHILLIPS and THOMAS BRYAN, Exors, of this my last Will and Testamt. herbeby revokeing all other Wills and Testments formerly by me made, In Wittness whereof, I have hereunto fix ed my hand seale this 19th day of January 1686
